Senior Product Designer, 3CommasNov 2024 – Present

Automation trading platform · Tallinn / remote

Took an AI assistant (LLM) from zero to one across web and mobile, reaching 24% conversion from chat to bot creation and 32% to first action.
Led a redesign of 30+ registration and login screens, lifting new-user activation +60% in the two weeks after launch.
Simplified the DCA bot builder, lifting activation a further +27%.
Owned end-to-end design across core web and mobile, from research and discovery to delivery and iteration, alongside PMs and engineers.
Reworked a dense, data-heavy statistics page across 10+ scenarios, edge cases, and trading states.
Prototyped in code and shipped small product and UI changes hands-on, working with AI dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
Built and documented the team's design process in Notion, and ran 28 user interviews to ground decisions in behavior.

Keeper wallet & portfolio ecosystem · UAE / remote

Led and launched four products from scratch: the wallet, portfolio manager, exchange widget, and on-chain names.
Built and documented the design system and source files, and shipped a web-app path to meet app-store legal requirements.
Grew first-week activation from sign-up 34% to 71%, and drove around 230% user-base growth in a quarter through a new acquisition activity I led.
Led a team of two designers with design reviews, demos, and delivery reporting, and owned design end to end from research and concept through delivery with engineering.
Set shared UI patterns and components so the products stayed consistent as scope and team grew.

Redesigned the core resident app, lifting flow completion to 93% and improving key product metrics 30–80%.
Grounded design decisions in analytics, and raised store ratings from 3.3 to 4.7 through survey and feedback loops.
Led the team through a full migration to Figma, and grew from Senior Product Designer to Lead on the strength of the results.
Ran discovery and usability research with residents to shape the roadmap and validate changes before build.
